The service
Cur8 provides AI-assisted marketing execution: strategy diagnosis, lead pipeline, campaigns and sequences, content and creative generation, engagement analytics, and related tooling (“the Service”). Access during closed beta is at our discretion and features may change without notice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the contacts you import and message through the Service, including having a lawful basis to contact them under laws that apply to you (e.g. CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and for reviewing AI-generated content before approving it for sending or publication. Cur8 proposes; you approve; what ships under your name is yours. For regulated communications (including investor relations by public companies), your own counsel’s review remains your obligation; Cur8’s compliance features are controls, not legal advice.
Acceptable use
No spam to purchased lists without consent basis, no deceptive senders or content, no unlawful, infringing, or harassing material, no attempts to bypass the Service’s suppression, approval, or rate-limiting controls, and no resale of the Service without a written agreement with us.
Your data
You retain all rights to content and contact data you bring to the Service. You grant us the license needed to operate the Service on it (store, process, transmit, generate derivative drafts at your direction). We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train models.
AI output
AI-generated content may be inaccurate. The Service grounds generation in your materials and refuses unsourced claims where it can, but you must review outputs before use. We make no warranty that generated content is fit for publication without review.
Fees
Closed beta access is currently free unless separately agreed in writing. Paid plans, when introduced, will be presented before any charge.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” during beta, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD 100. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion per the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate beta access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service, with notice where practicable.
